ABSTRACT PATTERNS
Patterns and abstract shapes are everywhere – in nature, architecture and everyday objects. I like to isolate these details from their original context and turn them into images that may no longer reveal what they actually show. Sometimes the result is found, sometimes it is created. What matters to me is the composition of shapes, lines, colours and textures. You might see something I don't see.
Medium: Fine-art photography, ranging from straightforward close-up and macro photography to ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) and in-camera multiple exposures. No AI involved, of course.
